Whether you are looking for a job or not, your future employer may already have an idea of who you are by simply looking you up on Google. This is why you must do your best to maintain a positive name about yourself on the internet. Some of the information online can be controlled and others cannot. Make a website entailing your credibility, accomplishments, etc. in order to help build your online persona. Posting articles, and having others recommend your articles is another great example on how to maintain a positive. It cannot be emphasized enough that an your online reputation is important, make the effort to maintain it positive.
