Paula Deen Scores Investment Deal

Paula Deen shows her continuing success by securing a $100 million dollar backing of her new company, Paula Deen Ventures.  Deen shows that anyone can come back from a damaged reputation by handling things the correct way.

Remember Paula Deen, the jolly southern Mrs. Claus-look-alike?   Deen, famous for her delicious but fat-ridden and extremely unhealthy meals, revealed that she had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes three years ago.  People were offended at her continuing support of unhealthy foods to the public, despite her own health issues. Deen was instantly publicly shunned and ridiculed, and subsequently lost her show on the Food Network and millions in endorsement deals.  Despite these setbacks,  Paula Deen has managed to show the world that she can come back from this reputation disaster.  Online reputation managment companies like  Centel Media™ offer a plethora of services such as Press Releases and Negative Article Suppression which could help Deen from falling back down into a negative reputation spiral.

For Paula, her reputation was damaged by the fact that she was secretly battling health scares directly related to eating unhealthy foods. This was not good news for a cook whose claim to fame includes creating a donut burger. To make it even worse,  Deen was a paid spokeswoman for a drug company that sold insulin and only revealed her disease when she was able to profit from it. People saw her actions as devious and deceitful.

Recently, Paula has appeared in the news as she has garnered a $75 to $100 million dollar investment into her new company, Paula Deen Ventures.  She has also has immediate plans to open a store in Buffalo, New York. Not to mention her magazine is enjoying immense success. While Deen lost millions in endorsements after her notorious screw-ups, she doesn’t seem to have let it hold her back.  She has 1.21 million twitter followers, and thousands of likes on her Facebook page.

Her tactics and business skills have proven that she is much more than a successful brand.   While Paula Deen has managed to keep going despite the horrendous media scrutiny she has suffered, it is important to remember that online reputation management is a continuous process.  She of all people should know the fickle, frail world of reputation can change instantly. Everyone, especially those in the public eye, should take note of how Paula hasn’t let her public relation disaster get her down. She continued on with determination and hard work; she has proven that it is possible to recover from even the worst of reputations.

Coca-Cola’s Counters SodaStream with Press Release

Top online reputation management company,  Centel Media™ offers their clients press release services to assist them in furthering their business. Coca Cola, the biggest beverage maker recognizes the importance ofs press releases as well as they announced one of their most innovative projects to date, via press release.

Coca Cola, the biggest beverage company in the world announced via press release that they will be entering the rapidly growing at-home market. On Wednesday, Coca Cola bought 10 percent in “Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc.”

The power move is a result of the competitive decisions and marketing made by their Israeli competition “SodaStream”. SodaStream has been attempting to make their at-home carbonation machines a regular household and environmentally friendly product, but Coca Cola isn’t letting this consumer-base go easy. SodaStream machines are only in about 1 percent of U.S. homes, but Coca Cola’s press release has sent their rival’s stock plummeting even lower.

Coca Cola’s press release found itself on all the major news distributing sites, channels and articles. After millions of people viewed SodaStream’s super bowl ad, creating that press release was one of the best moves Coca-Cola could’ve made. This is a great example as to why the top online reputation management company,  Centel Media™ offers their clients press release services. Press releases do a great job of strengthening your company’s position in its market because they are created to inform the public about a particular product or service. Not utilizing press releases can leave your company vulnerable to the attacks of negative articles written by random individuals who have no authority to represent your business.

Coca Cola clearly recognized the fact that there is a lot of competition in the world and people who are willing to post anything negative about your business to secure their spot. Press releases as well as other articles written by professional sources are usually one of the first links that clients click on when searching a business and  Centel Media™ wants to make their clients aware of that too. Press releases normally are used for two purposes which is to suppress negative material written about your business or product and to promote your product or services to potential and existing customers.

The promotion that press releases offer the public is beneficial because it helps gather potential customers and keeps the old ones in the loop. This was exactly what Coca Cola accomplished and what Centel Media™ promises to do for their clients.  Centel Media™ team of professionals flood search engines with press releases customized and specifically created for your business with the intent of giving your business the best opportunity to succeed.

Drunk Teen Driver Gets No Jail Time

A drunk Texas teen driver receives no jail time despite killing four people, and the media and community responds with intense public outcry at his lack of punishment.

Recently, a tragedy has rekindled public outcry after a young drunk driver received no jail time for his actions, which resulted in the death of four people and seriously injuring two others.  This Texan teen, with a blood alcohol three times the legal limit of an adult, drove his truck off the side off the road.  Because of his lack of serious punishment, both the judge and the teen in this case have suffered from an intense media backlash, and could benefit from reputation management services.   Centel Media™, a top online reputation management company, offers services such as Negative Article Suppression.  This would help anybody negatively affected by the outcome of this case and control the amount of negative information out there on the internet.

The reason this case has caught so much attention was that the public found his defense deplorable.  The word “affluenza” was used; the teen came from an affluent family and was taught that his wealth could get him out of any situation, and he would never have to deal with the consequences of his behaviors.  Without knowledge of all facts in this case, it is hard to come to a logical conclusion without emotions getting in the way. Either way, the media has had a field day blowing up information to justify how they feel about the boy’s punishment.

According to multiple sources, not only did the teen appear to be have no remorse over the incident, but he got off with a relatively low punishment. He was sent to an expensive rehab facility and will spend the next ten years on probation. It is understandable that the public outcry at this meager punishment, considering he ended the lives of four people and damaged countless more. This is not counting the immeasurable sorrow of the family and friends of the poor victims who were killed.

There is a reason this case has incited so much passion and anger from people; it is not a black and white case. There is no easy or correct answer, but one thing we can count on is the fact that the media is enjoying the drama.  Of all the times to consider an online management reputation company, this is one of them.  The shadows of this case will follow the individuals involved  for the rest of their lives .Centel Media™ can help.

Miraculous Castaway's Story; Truth or Tall-tale?

A castaway, who claims to have floated on the Pacific for thirteen months, faces public doubt as to the truth of his story.

Recently, a man named Jose Salvador Alvarenga washed ashore on an atoll, claiming to have drifted at sea for thirteen months.  While the media is questioning the validity of his story, his account has not been proved false.  In these types of cases it is important to remember that just questioning someone’s story will put suspicion into people’s minds, and many will assume his he is a fake. In the mind of the public, people are not innocent until proven guilty; they are guilty until proven innocent. This is where companies like Centel Media™, a top reputation management company, can help.  Centel Media™ offers multiple reputation control services, all useful to someone undergoing such overwhelming public scrutiny.

Just like from the pages of Robinson Crusoe, his story seemed too romantic and far-fetched to be true, but the facts are backing up his claims.  According to Alvarenga, he survived on turtles, fish and birds as he floated from Mexico to the Marshall Islands, until washing ashore on a small island, bearded and weak. He traveled a whopping 6,500 miles; more than many people do in a lifetime, and lived to tell his fantastic tale.

In an ironic twist, Alvarenga’s story has some odd similarities to a story written by Joe Kissack.  His characters survived on the same foods, traveled the same path, and the name of Kissack’s production company matches the name of the teen that Alvarenga claimed died earlier in his adventure. People are also claiming that while he appeared thin, he was not emaciated nor did he appear to be sunburned as one would expect from surviving at sea for so long. While these facts may all be an eerie coincidence, they are enough to put doubt into the mind of the public.

After seeming to be in reasonable enough shape to go home, Alvarenga’s health took a turn for the worse.  He ended up being rehospitalized due to dehydration and a lack of vitamins, which seem to back up his story.  Hopefully, he is able to recover from his journey so he can share even more of his story. Whether his story is a tall-tale or not, it is an interesting one, and people captivated by him deserve to know the truth, while Alvarenga deserves control of his online reputation.

Facebook vs Princeton: Is Your Online Reputation In Good Hands?

Centel Media
Facebook and Princeton had a small sparring match, but what does the university’s findings mean for social media users?

The format for building a successful business has changed over the years. Now more than ever the Internet has become detrimental to the progress of any business. Your online credibility is as good enough as your word.Centel Media™ understands such a significant asset as the internet, which is why we offer wonderful onlin ereputation management services.  Just to prove our point, the infamous Facebook suffered a mighty blow to their online reputation a few days ago, due to a study conducted by Princeton University.
The study conducted claims that Facebook could lose over 80% of its users by 2017. The data collected also seems to suggest that Facebook has already reached its peak of popularity and is now entering a decline. Other researchers and even Facebook themselves have admitted that they are in fact losing younger users to other social networking sites. Facebook officially responded by playfully claiming that they used the same study to find out that Princeton University’s enrollment rate is expected to decrease to half of its current enrollment by 2018. Facebook even took it a step further by saying that by 2021 Princeton will only be a mere memory among other colleges.
Even though Facebook’s response can be seen as a humorous yet good attempt to discredit the study conducted by Princeton University, it doesn’t hide the fact that their online reputation took a major hit. Social media users want to be involved with a site that is popular and generates a lot of interaction instead of one that is rumored to be heading on the path to irrelevance. The effects of these attacks on your online reputation can be quick and costly; a lot of businesses don’t even see it coming. We at Centel Media™ believe that everyone’sonline reputation should be safe and secured. Our firm has designed and implemented three simple steps in which I like to call Triple S, that help any client restore the damage that was done to their onlinereputation.
The three S’s are study, strategize and succeed.  Centel Media™ will study the nature of the attacks against the client, strategize to change negative search results, and succeed by opening the floodgates for positive information regarding the client. This is something that all businesses and individuals need to take care of before it’s too late.

Philip Seymour Hoffman's Final Legacy

Philip Seymour Hoffman, a much beloved and award winning actor, dies to a heroin overdose, and the media explodes in a contradiction of sorrow and contempt for his passing.

Once again, we’ve watched in sorrow as another supremely talented and much loved celebrity has succumbed to the depths of drug addition.  Philip Seymour Hoffman, an oscar winning actor, was found dead in his apartment from an apparent heroin overdose. He was only 46, recently acting in such films as Capote and The Hunger Games, and should have been been enjoying his success.  But he wasn’t.  Any celebrity death resulting from drug addiction erupts in controversy across the internet; responses to his death have varied from anger at glorifying a drug user to honoring his life and work. Centel Media™, an online reputationmanagement company, works hard to offer services such as Negative Article Suppression that would allow Hoffman’s true legacy to shine through.  Centel Media™ offers these types of services to anyone who needs them, high profile celebrity, businesses, or anyone concerned with online reputation and caters it’s strategies depending on individual needs.

Perhaps the death of such a well-know person and the amount of people his work has affected will raise some awareness about the devastating and uncontrollable effects of drug use.  It also gives insight into what makes people truly happy.  Hoffman had achieved such rare success: a successful acting career in Hollywood built out of pure talent and hard work.  He has taught us that achieving personal happiness isn’t solely about reaching a satisfying career goal or having a certain amount of fame and money.  He obviously faced some personal demons that nobody can judge him for, and tried to find his happiness through drug use.

Philip Seymour Hoffman should be remembered for what he accomplished during his lifetime, not the way that he died. His innate ability to act and become not just a character, but an entire being, has made his passing that much more sorrowful and left the world reeling at such a senseless loss of talent. Online reputation management through Centel Media™ would enable him to be seen for his talents and what he has given to the world, not his own personal sufferings, because that isn’t who he was.  He was a wonderful actor and gave much in his lifetime.  He deserves to be remembered that way, and his family and loved ones deserve his legacy to honored in a respectable and kind fashion.

Reputation Management and Celebrity Blunders

Reputation Management is even more important for young high profile celebrities like Justin Bieber, and considering his recent DUI arrest, he should consider the reputation management services of Centel Media.

Part of growing up is making stupid decisions and regretting them later.  Everyone regrets things they have done as teenagers, but hopefully they were just embarrassing incidents and not life changing events.   It gets complicated when you are, for example, someone like Justin Bieber.  You make a stupid decision, deciding to go drinking and driving.  You get caught.  And suddenly your face is plastered all over the internet and instead of being the “it” boy, you are the “it” boy of public humiliation.  Companies that deal in online reputation management, like Centel Media™ offer services such as Negative Article Suppression, which would help help bury the many blogs and news articles getting on the hate-Bieber bandwagon.

In the light of such an over-the-top celebrity, people forget that this is an actual person.  He does things like poop.  He likes girls. Or boys. Whatever.  He leaves his dirty laundry out.  He even runs out of toilet paper.  It’s not fair that he gets judged more harshly and his bad deeds are known across the globe, but it is his reality.

Celebrity at such a young age has such a huge impact on personal growth.  Adolescence is such a trying time, and throwing worldwide recognition and public scrutiny complicates matters beyond a measurable number. This is why it is important that he has a supportive team of professionals at his service, to help him navigate his life in the public eye.

One of the professional services that people forget about is online reputationmanagement.  It’s popular to make fun of the most recent celebrity mishap, and Bieber's recent one was a rather large one.  It’s front page news not only to popular celebrity blogs, but pretty much every reputable news website, ever. Why? Because people are interested. They like a juicy story.  This really isn’t fair to Bieber, as 900,000 other people are arrested for drinking and driving every year.

But what really isn’t fair is the fact that everyday, an average of twenty-eight people die as a result of intoxicated drivers. Sorry, dude. I’m sorry that you made such a bad decision, and haven’t had an effective support system to guide you in the right direction, but I am glad you were caught.  Nobody has the right to put others at risk in such a preventable, senseless way.
