How To Identify and Handle Dangerous Comments

centel media
The comment section, be it on your personal website, blog or social media page, can add much needed conversation that generates cross-traffic to your site; however, it may also hinder your reputation. Having control over your comment section is a tricky task that requires a sensitive touch. In order to properly handle comments, you need to identify what comments may lead to problems, address the comment in a constructive manner and continue to display an attitude that encourages freedom of speech and respect.

Not all comments lead to problems for your reputation, even if they come across as negative. Often times, negative comments are placed to simply suggest changes to your site or what you provide via your site. It is essential to distinguish the difference between constructive criticism and slander. A well-run website will always take constructive criticism into consideration and know when to make a change. However, comments that promote hatred, intolerance or insult either directed at you, your company or any of your website's visitors should not be tolerated and handled appropriately.

Poisonous comments will hurt your website's reputation and sense of professionalism. It is essential to take action through moderation, and in many cases, removal of destructive comments. However, there are always written reviews that don't necessarily promote hatred, but still negatively influence your interests. These instances are much more tricky, and if you have difficulty coming up with a solution to handle negative reviews, Centel Media™ offers services to aid in the process.

The problematic situation that arises from tampering with comments is whether doing so detracts from the freedom to leave comments on your site in the first place. To install a sense of respect towards the visitors of you site, you should be sure to push an atmosphere of openness and eagerness to listen to any and all comments. Keep the comment section clean, on topic and friendly so that new visitors see your site as a safe place to state their opinions and observations free from any negative reaction from others on the site.

In all, comments help promote your material and are a necessity in the expansion of you and your interests. Finding a way to maintain professionalism in your comment section will go a long way in the development of your site.

The Trends of Social Media

centel media

Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn all tap into the trends of current culture, and understanding the reasons behind these trends can help you or your business adapt appropriately. As the Internet becomes increasingly connected with everyday life, certain tasks that were once time consuming and difficult have now become quick and simple. Naturally, we want to replicate this simplicity in as many areas of life as possible, leaving more time for the things we want to do. Facebook was created with all this in mind, taking the difficult task of staying in touch with others and simplifying it down to one place where we can find everyone we know.

As Facebook grew in popularity, new opportunities to simplify social life came into the fray. Facebook allowed room for companies and interest groups to create their own pages that connect not only to users who have an interest in them, but to the friends of these users as well. Then, social media sites like LinkedIn took the business aspect of Facebook and put it at the forefront, creating network opportunities for the professional, working half of a person's life. Now, people don't just want to build a network for friends online, but for their business or occupation as well.

Even before Facebook and LinkedIn rose to be prominent pieces of popular culture, blogging was used to take one's voice and reach out to a wider audience. Blogs were not necessarily created to connect to other people we know, but to people we don't know, for a variety of reasons including business or simply wanting to be heard. Twitter capitalized on this by giving each individual a voice that carries across a large population, linked by hashtags that represent the topic at hand.

So, what does all of this mean for you or your business? Well, by keeping these trends in mind, you become aware of the wants and needs of the people behind them. Social media was created to simplify people's lives, network for both personal and occupational reasons, and give people a voice that can be heard. If you want to excel in gaining likes or followers, then you must understand why social media is used and adjust your interests accordingly. If promoting to gain likes or followers has proven difficult, Centel Media™ has social media services that can help.

Blessing in Disguise

Centel Media,, Online Reputation Management, Online Reputation Repair, Remove Rip Off Reports
There are times when things just seem a little to perfect the way they fit in with each other and that can make you somewhat skeptical of the situation. And you should be because as we all know nothing in this world is perfect but things can come very close to it at least in our eyes. Opportunities may come when you least expect them but you have been working hard and diligently for so long that when it came you were more than prepared to take this opportunity.

You might plan for a something down the line when you feel that you will be ready to take it on with no restrictions but sometimes it doesn't work like that. It might come way ahead of schedule and you might not be ready for it at the moment but you would be a fool to let it pass by. If it does make its way back to you when you are ready it may not be the same and you will be left thinking why didn't I take the offer when it was presented to me.

We all have plans but on average I would say 30% of that plan gets fully executed reason being is nothing ever comes in a straight line, there are curves and turns that we have to face in order to fully complete our plans. As a business owner you have to be prepared for these twists and turns, I’m sure you have a plan as to how you would like things to go but are fully aware that the likelihood of that happening is slim to none. In my opinion one of the biggest skills an owner needs to have is the ability to adjust their plans according to what is being thrown at them.

What that means is you have to be quick on your toes, you can't control the market or how a customer thinks. When trends become a major influence to customers it is important that you are able to capitalize on it and make adjustments accordingly. Now that doesn't mean going out of your area of expertise but making sure when the wave comes your way you can ride it out and not worry about wiping out.

Many times these new trends can open up new doors for you; maybe you have been considering expanding when you reached a certain level of profitability but it came before you reached that goal. Do you pass it up or do you take it and adjust your plans accordingly. The answer is ultimately up to you and whatever route you choose will have an impact on you for many years to come.

You can't choose when the opportunity for success comes knocking, you're either ready or not. And if you're not you still take this chance because it might not come back around for a long time it and that's if it chooses to come back.

Understanding Your Customer's Point of View

centel media
The Keys to Knowing What Your Customer is Thinking
Keeping Awareness of Your Clientele's Feelings on Your Company, Product or Service

In order to keep your customers happy, it is necessary to look in at your business through their eyes. As your profits grow, it will become exceedingly difficult to separate yourself from the well-oiled machine that is your business. All of your opinions and marketing ploys will come from within your company, which isn't a bad thing, it just leaves room for the possibility that your business becomes out of touch with your customer base. In order to keep you and your business grounded, always keep their point of view in mind.

Even if your business is booming, it doesn't necessarily mean your customers are content. Often times, if quick enough to catch, dissent in a business can begin with a single complaint that then gains steam and eventually becomes an epidemic. If all of this comes true, then your business's boom will soon fizzle out. So, without the knowledge of your customers' feelings towards your company, product or service, you may be left in the dark and unaware of a potentially crippling attitude from your clientele.

To prevent a case like this from occurring, the simplest answer is to be aware. If your business is still small and largely under your control, take the time out of your day to read reviews and comments left by your customers. With larger companies, hire someone else to do the same thing, and make sure they keep a handle on how your customers feel about your business's current state and how they react to changes. At the same time, you can also hire firms like Centel Media™ to take on those reviews that end up becoming detrimental to your company's interests.

While it certainly is important to keep all your bases covered, you should be sure to take on the complaints and search for a solution when necessary. Knowledge of your customers' opinions will be ineffective if you fail to address the problem afterwards. Take the time to contemplate what changes would work in favor for both your business and your customers' needs, but try to be quick and resolute in order to curb the complaints before they get out of hand. Keep a compassionate tone towards your customers and ensure them that their voices are being heard.

Rehab for Your Business

Centel Media,, Online Reputation Management, Online Reputation Repair, Remove Rip Off Reports
What if there was a way to press the reset button for your businesses online reputation, maybe it has gotten to the point of no return and you cannot continue to do business with the reputation you have now. Customers are slowly pulling away from you and your losing profit every day you operate. What do you do? Where do you go? I know a place that can do wonders for this type of situation, in fact you might have heard of them. An online reputation management firm would be the best decision you have ever made for your company's longevity and image.

Trying to repair the reputation of your company on your own is a disaster waiting to happen. Reason being in all likelihood you don't know what you are doing, you can't just assume it is just like running a business it is the total opposite. You're probably very inexperienced in a situation like this so it is best that you leave it to the professionals who can not only rehab your reputation but have you back to all-star form in no time.

You must first recognize the problems that have brought you to the point of desperation and fear that within a year you might not be able to have a business to own. I say this because taking note of the mistakes you have made is a lesson if you learn from them. Learning from your mistakes can help your business grow but most importantly help you grow as an owner.

If you don't learn from your mistakes you are doomed to repeat them and the repercussions this time will be worse. When you hire an online reputation management firm it is important that you work in conjunction with them that means if they are working hard to repair your reputation you should be working hard to maintain that level of respectability. It is a team effort one side cannot just do all the work while the other sits by watching.

Now that we have the fundamentals down you are at the most important part of this journey and that is picking an online reputation management firm to work with. Now there are many firms out there and each claim that they can do wonders for your company and so on. But what you should be looking for is a company that has results to back up that claim. Results are what matter in this day and age we all can talk but it is about getting the job done, who has the resume to back up their claims.

Now that about 75% of your list has been eliminated you are down to a chosen few, one company on that list stands out and above all when it comes to online reputation management and that is Centel Media™Centel Media™ has the resume to back up its claims along with the products and services to get your company back to its winning ways.

Keeping Up Appearances

Centel Media,, Online Reputation Management, Online Reputation Repair, Remove Rip Off Reports
In today’s world where nothing is promised and individuals change their mind at the drop of a hat it is important that you make sure your business is keeping up appearances no matter what. There could be internal turmoil but that should never make it to the public. Keeping all problems in house will keep your business out of the public eye for the wrong reasons. But while you are doing that make sure you are fixing the problems so they don't spill over and become something that jeopardizes the integrity of your business.

Customers truthfully are not concerned about what problems you are going through as long as you can provide them the services that they have been getting and paying for. It may seem a little mean but you are in business, if a customer owes you a bill you might have some type of sympathy for them but you still want to collect your fee. Though you would like your business to be just as strong on the inside as it is on the outside that is often not case.

It has been said happy employees make a happy company. I am a big advocate for keeping workers happy because their unhappiness will more than likely spill over onto their dealings with customers which is very bad for business. When the message of unhappy workers gets out to the public your company will be looked at as an unstable business that harbors a negative environment which consists of unhappy workers.

It is more important than ever to make sure your employees are not only happy but the culture and environment that you have provided them gives off such an aura. Even if they have trouble in their personal lives when they come to work it should be a chance for them to get away for a period of time. Employees are an image of your company and you want them to be as pleasant and courteous as possible so that image remains as positive as possible.

As a business owner it is important to make sure all areas of your business are on the same level and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Any disruption should be taken care of in house quickly and quietly never making its way to the public so it can be unceremoniously dragged through the mud and picked apart.

Even if we never get to see the inner workings of your company if you portray a strong image of it on the outside and keep products and services top notch, it will keep you in business for a very long time.

What Not to Do With SEO

centel media
Optimizing your website's search engine capability can be a hassle and often times websites make simple mistakes that prevent better results. To improve your SEO, you must be aware of what mistakes you are making before you can truly flourish on sites like Google. Simple errors such as ignoring your website's potential in social media, failing to write the right material and not branching out all lead to dysfunctional SEO.

It's a no-brainer for modern websites to include links to social media with the sheer number of people using sites like Facebook and Twitter. But many websites continue to fail at adapting their material to the socialmedia format. Short and sweet is the key to all social media sites, so in order to attract viewers from such sites you must carry this advice over to your website as well. Always write material with social media in mind, especially the headlines and subtitles.

Whatever the topic may be, content posted on webpages must include ways to attract the outside audience. The more people who respond to your content, the better your results on search engines will be. This may seem like a tough task, and it generally is, but if you do your best to write material that forces other people to respond, then the more luck you will have. To achieve this, your content must have a unique edge that others will feel compelled to write about themselves, and thus need to link back to your own website.

Of course, you can't always hope for people to just flock to your website on their own. It takes a little effort on your part to visit other people's websites and blogs to gains some attention and cross-traffic leading to your site. While you are doing your part simply through the act of commenting, it often takes a bit of creativity to attract a larger audience. Stay positive and respectful to the owners of the sites or blogs you comment on and try to add something new to the conversation generated by the sites' content.

SEO requires a lot of work and consistency in order to move up on the results page. If you need help with this for your website, consider Centel Media™. They offer SEO service through Google AdWordsOptimization, along with general website design services, domain nameregistration, blog creation and social media page design and promoting.

The Price of Fame

centel media
When fame comes knocking at your door, it's hard to refuse. Fame leads to new opportunities and thus new ways to make some cash. However, as with anything else in life, fame comes with a price to pay. No matter how far back your fame had started, it seems like it often has a way of coming back at the most inopportune of times. In order to prevent fame from spoiling your life, it is necessary to understand how the Internet plays its role in the spreading of fame's negative consequences and what you can do to curb them.

With the Internet age came a severely restricted sense of privacy. Things that used to be done free from the public eye have suddenly become incredibly hard to keep personal. Now, in addition to the growing number of paparazzi, nearly everyone carries a smartphone with picture and video capabilities, meaning more opportunities for embarrassing personal information to be uploaded online and spread like wildfire. Obviously, it would be nice to live a perfectly clean life, free from incident that would be controversial so that nothing bad could ever be caught on camera, but we all know that is impossible.

It is easy to see the repercussions of fame, because all you need to do is turn on the TV. Countless celebrities have been judged harshly for nearly every action they take, no matter the intent. No matter how hard you try, there's bound to be some bad publicity to leak out. So, the first key to battling the ugly parts of fame is to keep your head above water. Don't take every comment or opinion personal, because if you do, you'll drown. It's essential to take the high road and let the naysayers look like the ones who should be embarrassed.

The second key to staying ahead of the negativity is to take action in suppressing the articles, videos, reviews or images that may make you look poorly. With virtually the entire online world revolving around search engine results, controlling what shows up first after a search about you can make an enormous difference. A professional firm can be hired to deal with such problems by pushing more positive articles, videos, reviews or images higher up the chain of search results, burying the negative ones deeper below the surface. Of course, nothing can be truly removed from the Internet, but staying on top of the problem is the best option to fight back. If this is an area you need assistance in, Centel Media™specializes in these services and can improve your image online.

Although fame can be overwhelming and at times bothersome, keeping these tips in mind will help you battle back against the bad repercussions of fame and enjoy the many benefits that come along.

Facebook: What You Can Do to Aid Your Business

centel media
The social world of Facebook allows for plenty of opportunity to connect your business to the public through the appeal of your Facebook page. Its design, what you post and the number of likes you manage to gather all have an immense impact on how far and wide your Facebook page can reach, and thus how much you can expand your business. If you wish to catch the eye of potential customers through social media, then Facebook is a good place to start. Following a few simple guidelines, you can build a Facebook page that not only represents your business, but what makes your business one of a kind.

As in any other endeavor online, webpage design can mean the difference between success and failure. A potential customer will accumulate his or her first impression through the design of the first webpage they come into contact with. A page that emits a pristine, professional feel gives your business a distinct advantage that will instantly place your business ahead in the race to gain clientele. Facebook is no different, so make sure that your Facebook page lives up to a professional standard that reflects your business. If this seems daunting and difficult to achieve on your own, Centel Media™ offers services in social media page design that can drastically improve your business's appearance on Facebook.

Beyond the general appearance of your page, the content you post on Facebook becomes critical in keeping your potential customers interested and engaged in what you offer. This is the time for a little creativity. Of course, you want to give your page viewers the overall gist of what your business is about and the service/product you supply, but in order to separate yourself from your competition, it is key to think outside the box. Write short, catchy posts that can catch viewers' attention while also pointing out aspects that defines your business and shows off what makes you unique. Using videos or other forms of media to connect to your audience couldn't hurt either.

The final keys to Facebook success are likes. Likes are often the string that links your page to a wider audience. When one user likes something on your Facebook page, that something becomes planted on that person's timeline and thus viewable to all the friends of that person. So, even one like can result in dozens of more page views from the friends of that individual user. And we all know that page views result in a greater chance of landing new clientele. What can be difficult is gathering these likes in the first place. If you are having difficulty getting likes for your business, consider Centel Media™ social media promoting services.

Social media can generate new and exciting paths to take your business, and if you make the right choices in how you approach Facebook, your business will surely grow.

Turn Those Negative Tweets Around

centel media
With the proper approach, Twitter can be a great asset. No matter what you may be using Twitter for, be it business or personal use, tweets represent you in the public eye. Now, any tweet with the mention of you or your business may generate more traffic, it can also bolster or break your reputation. Handling your Twitter account with this in mind can change your Twitter problems around and give your interests the center spotlight.

With the immense number of people on Twitter, there ought to be a group of users with malicious intent regarding you or your company. What you say via Twitter, no matter what is tweeted, can be accompanied by negative reactions. Understanding this part of Twitter culture can help you be aware of the consequences. The ability to hide those detrimental tweets will prevent the spread of negative reaction revolving you and your interests. With these obstacles removed, you are given the freedom to push whatever information you desire to the public and allow positive tweets and retweets to be connected to you and your Twitter page.

However, suppressing these negative tweets comes with a price. While it certainly helps keep your interests on the front lines, it also prevents you from getting a grip on what you've done that instigated the negative reaction in the first place. This is where understanding the public's view of you comes into play. Be sure to take the time to get a better understanding of what the public thinks of you or your business and adapt the necessary changes.

Negativity comes in many different shapes and sizes. Whether it is through offensive language or hurtful opinions, tweets with negative elements should be caught, identified and tracked so that further non-constructive tweets can be curbed. Being notified in a timely manner when such tweets are found can make an enormous difference in preventing further damage. Remember that appearance means everything to you or your business's interests and any destructive tweet could grow into a bigger problem if not dealt with.

It may seem like all of this is a lot and incredibly difficult to handle alone, but online reputation management firms like Centel Media™ can help with page design and promoting so that you can focus on improving the necessary aspects you desire. With help in your Twitter dealings, you or your company can focus on spreading out and reaching new and exciting opportunities.

What Online Reputation Management Can Do For Your Hotel

centel media
Hotels offer services that require an appearance suited to the delicate tastes of incoming clientele. If a hotel is perceived as dirty or lacks good customer service, then the chances of a prospective guest choosing this hotel is dramatically decreased. With the hotel industry crowded and competitive, it takes a solid appearance to entice potential customers towards your hotel. With most hotel bookings done online, managing your hotel's reputation across the channels of the Internet has become essential.

When searching the web for a hotel to stay in, travelers often land on websites designed to compare all the different hotels in the desired location. Obviously, there are several factors that a client will look into to make his or her decision. How much will my stay cost? Can I get two beds? Is breakfast complimentary? Each of these questions is important to address in the information your hotel provides to each comparison website. These elements may be difficult or even impossible to change depending on what your hotel offers, but that doesn't mean you have nothing to help entice your clientele.

The comparison websites are always equipped with a comments and reviews section that allows past customers of your hotel to speak their minds on the experience they had while staying as your guest. These reviews have just as much importance to your hotel's appearance as any of the questions listed above. And better yet, online reputation management firms like Centel Media™ can help your hotel handle these comments and provide you with honest, respectable reviews that will aid in highlighting your hotel's unique strengths. Placing these strengths front and center gives your hotel an extra advantage in grabbing your potential customer's eye.

With as many hotels as there are, finding those unique elements that separate you from your competition is one of the most important pieces to improving your reputation. What's even more important is knowing how to show off these strengths. Using the proper approach, your hotel can brag about what makes you different, comparing your strengths with the weaknesses of your competition. The uniqueness of your hotel will offer a compelling argument to your customers that will stick in their minds and make your hotel memorable. Luckily, Centel Media™ offers a chance to make these goals a reality, and gives your hotel the opportunity to grow.

What Can Make or Break Your Business? Your Online Reputation Management

centel media
With today's rough economy, it is essential to find a reliable online reputation management firm to allow your business' website to step above the competition. Without that assistance, your business will be lost amongst the overwhelming search engine results of thousands of other companies similar to your own. In addition, any negativity that has bred on your website will flourish and drown out the unique aspects of your business that can be highlighted as key strengths that separate you from your competition.

We all have searched on Google, and we all know how likely it is for us to click on the links that show up first on the list of results. Letting your business fall further and further down that list of results may be the difference between the success and failure of your business' website. Getting possible customers to see your website when they search for your services can make a world of difference for your website and thus, the likelihood of gaining new clientele.

But what happens when a possible customer does click on your webpage? Well, the content that shows up first has an enormous impact on that viewer's perception of not just your website, but your entire business. A well designed website can do wonders, but the content must also reflect an air of professionalism and positivity to entice your customers. Negative comments or reviews can change a customer's perception in an instant, rendering any professionalism or enticement mute.

That perception of your business does not only come from your website, but any website that has a direct or indirect connection to your business. Social media is often that first glimpse of your company new clientele will see. Ensuring that your company's pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter are kept up-to-date and free of negativity maintains that professionalism and reliability your business needs to survive. Speak From the Heart

Centel Media,, Online Reputation Management, Online Reputation Repair, Remove Rip Off Reports
The best thing you can do for your business or brand when it is embroiled in turmoil and scandal is speak truthfully but most importantly speak from the heart. Customers don't want to listen to a written apology or statement that in all likelihood wasn't written by you.

It makes you seem like a puppet who is just trying to save himself from further trouble. Though that is your goal it should be done with your fans and customers in mind, these are the same people that supported you when you were starting out and stuck with you through thick and thin. It is your responsibility not to give some weak speech or apology that you don't mean, all it shows is you could care less about the support you get from your customers.

Admitting your mistakes and wrongdoings are the first step in speaking from the heart, doing that means you are willing to accept whatever punishment comes your way. The next step should be speaking from your own personal point of view, say what needs to be said not what you think needs to be heard trust me if you do the latter people will smell it a mile away.

It bothers me sometimes when people read statements off of papers. I am not against it and I know you are not going to memorize a whole speech but what messes people up is their body language. The language that your body gives off and the expressions are going to overpower the words that are coming out of your mouths because we will be drawn to that rather than your words. Most people don't realize while they are speaking their body language is being analyzed and interpreted as well.

You would think that they would be properly trained before they went on TV to give a statement but I guess they fell asleep on that part on the lesson. For those with celebrity status i.e., athletes, actors and actresses this is a recurring theme that I see with them on a daily basis. Not only do they seem like they don't care but when being interviewed to give explanations the body language only cements their stance.

Soon enough they will learn that they should be a bit more professional and humble, after all you are speaking to people who support you and your future somewhat depends on their approval or disapproval of your actions. It is your best interest to present yourself not only professionally but honestly, no matter what you have done if you are honest in due time you will be forgiven.

Be Careful how you present yourself when you are speaking to the public especially if you are trying to redeem yourself. Negative body language and forced speeches will get you deeper into trouble rather than out of it.

Results May Vary

Centel Media,, Online Reputation Management, Online Reputation Repair, Remove Rip Off Reports
If your online reputation has been damaged, your first step in repairing it should be hiring a reputable firm that will help bring you back to the position you were at before. While the reputation management firm is doing its job, you need to be making sure you are doing yours. That means doing things that you did not do previously, things that contributed to the development of a negative reputation.

I can give you the key, but it is up to you to not only use it, but to use it wisely. That is how a company who is undergoing a reputation repair should be approaching their second chance at success. Your main objective should be to make your company better than it was before by capitalizing on overlooked opportunities, instead of repeating mistakes.

The firm you hire is going to do their job no matter what. The public will begin to see you back in the positive spotlight, but you cannot rest on your laurels and assume that just because you have made it back into the good graces that the work is done. That could not be farther from the truth. By assuming, you are setting yourself up to fail again and this time you might not come back from it.

Individuals who hire reputation firms are under the same rules as businesses, but they are more in control. This is because they are the brand, so there is more of an emphasis on the individual rather than teamwork. Just like a business, you have to show what you are doing to improve your image and reputation in conjunction with the professional help you hired.

Doing charitable work is one way to show you are trying to change your image. Become a spokesperson for an organization of your choice. What is important is that you should want to improve your image and reputation. If your income depends on you getting work, but your online reputation is a mess and your image in public is even worse, you can forget about getting good work.

Businesses should want to change because they need customers to survive, not the other way around. The beauty of competition is that we have options, so if you don't think it is important to fix your reputation, expect to see your profit consistently drop. Even if you decide to get help to repair, there is no guarantee that customers will come back. So, it is in your best interest to get to work and immediately fix any glaring holes in your image before they get too big.

Positive results come from changing your image for the greater good and longevity of your company.
